Assumption of Risk

Users use TipsAlert at their own risk. The software relies on third-party systems such as Android OS, SMS delivery, network stability, and streaming software, which are outside the creator's control.

Limitation of Liability

The creator shall not be held responsible for:

• Financial losses or transaction errors.
• Missed alerts or delayed notifications.
• Hardware failures or device damage.
• Network or connectivity failures.
• Streaming software interruptions.
• Lost donations or incorrect alert data.

Financial Responsibility

TipsAlert is not a payment processor or gateway. We do not handle money. All financial transactions occur directly between the viewer and the streamer via UPI. Any disputes regarding payments must be handled through the respective banks or UPI apps.
